My 100th Post!!!

I can’t believe I have hit 100 posts already! That is insane!?!?!?! Anyway…

Hi guys,

How’s your Sunday? Mine has been pretty chill other than I realised that this would be my 100th post on this blog and I felt like that was a milestone worth celebrating as I definitely did not think I would have managed past the end of the summer holidays last year let alone 100 posts and nearly a whole year later! *Pats self on back*

I birthed my first post on the 16th of July 2017 after about only half a years worth of reading under my belt. I decided I kind of liked reviewing on Goodreads I decided why not blog over the summer to keep me occupied – logical step.
I had no idea it would blossom into something I loved doing every single day and want to continue for years to come.

I want to thank everyone from the 24 countries around the world who have read my delusional ramblings, and another special thanks to the 21 of those countries who have taken a look more than once!

Since July of last year (9 months ago), my blog has had approximately 1,630 something views by 570 something visitors. Thanks for reading, liking, and commenting on my posts. You make me happy when Scottish skies are grey. (The approximations are because I am organised and writing in advance and hence the somethings…)

Until about a month ago now I definitely was not very consistent with my posting but I have rectified that and have found a system that not only means my posts go up on time every day but it also means my planner/organiser looks very pretty and colour coded which brings me true aesthetic happiness.

In all my blog posts combined, I have written a total of 90,000 words… that’s like nearly two YA contemporary novels…WOW.
I also have another massive thing I owe this blog other than that obscene word count that melts my brain. Allie ❤
I have made a friend from this that I hope to call a friend for life and without this blog, it wouldn’t have happened so thanks to myself in a way for jumping right out of my safe comfort zone and doing something new and thanks to you guys for reading and making me want to write more and thanks to Allie – firstly for putting up with my nonsense and two for being an inspiration to me both in blogging, writing and in being a decent human being – I’m so glad I sent you that very cringy and awkward email all those months ago even if I do look back at it and think what was I rambling on about XD.

I hope that you keep stopping by and giving my blog a read. Please drop a comment or a like if you feel like it, knowing that it makes my day. Also, if you think someone else would enjoy my nonsensical opinions and haphazardly assembled posts please tell people about it. I would love to increase my readership because everyone needs a little (okay a lot) weirdness in their lives. I think I will end this on one of my favourite quotes of all time because I’d like to think it summarises me and my precious blog up pretty well.
