Hi guys!
I hope your day has been going well. I’ve had a few online lectures and then I was also getting into some of my course reading – it’s tough going but my lecturer did say we were starting with probably the hardest text on the course so hopefully the headache of a book I’m reading isn’t an indication of the whole class this term.
But anywho! It’s time again for my monthly wrap up! I’ve had a pretty crazy month but surprisingly I managed to still get quite a bit done. I’m excited for October – I love Autumn and Halloween plus I’ll be getting into my Uni work and I’ve actually been missing having a timetable like structure to my life. I always say Wrap Up’s are my favourite posts to write! I genuinely spend ages getting excited about writing them so I’m going to try and control my babbling and show you what I got up to this month!

Music Faves:
I didn’t listen to much music this month. I was mainly reading as you can tell from above. But I did find a few new faves.
TV/Movie Faves:
I watched a surprising amount of movies this month as someone who isn’t a big fan of movies generally and for a lot of the ones I hadn’t previously seen I was pleasantly surprised.

Just Go With It (Rewatch) – ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Johnny English Strikes Again – ⭐⭐⭐
Youtube Faves:
I haven’t been watching much YouTube other than ASMR so sadly nothing new to report this month on the YouTube front.
Favourite Blog Post of the Month:
My favourite blog posts I did this month was my Netgalley Shelf Tour and my Interview with Kurt Dinan. The first was my favourite because of the interaction from you guys as well as seeing how good your shelves are. And then the second is just because I got to fan girl over Kurt Dinan.
The other blog post that I liked this month was actually only published this morning so maybe that’s why it’s in the forefront of my mind – but also I just really have been enjoying trying to grow my productivity and motivate myself so it definitely fits in with that. It’s 5 ways to be Productive on Rainy Days by Olivia Lucie Blake. I really enjoy her content, the best description of it is lifestyle but it does cover a lot of things so I recommend her a lot.
Favourite Thing This Month:
I have been really loving my new flat. Part of me was worried about living alone but it is amazing. Even just a week of being away I can feel that I am so much more independent and willing to do things for myself and I am just generally proud of myself for that.
I have also been loving keeping up with the Snooker European Masters. Sadly this isn’t televised on a channel that I have so I have just been tuning in and seeing how the scores are coming along. I can’t wait until the next tournament is back on BBC.
I’m still learning French everyday and currently have a streak of 70 days without stopping so I am super proud of that and I have really been able to see myself come on.
So that’s it for this month’s wrap up. I hope you enjoyed this and that you are all safe and healthy ❤
What have you been up to this month?
What was the best book you read?
If you were to start a new hobby what would it be?

You’re super busy! I’ve heard great things about Enola Holmes ! Am binge watching Midsomer Murders S21 at the moment (cringe).

I’m so glad you had a productive month, Maisy! 😊 A lot of books read and it’s great that you are enjoying your new flat. That is a really great streak with your French! I am doing French as well but have struggled to find time for it lately.
By the way, I tagged you for something yesterday, just in case the link didn’t work ☺
