Teaser Tuesday #8

Hey Guys!

How are you today? I’m good. I’ve just been trying to balance Uni and my current book binge. I’m still reading daily and it’s slightly taking over my life NGL but in a good way haha. I haven’t done one of these posts in ages so I thought it would be good to swap it up.
I first saw Rianne from Rianne’s Ramblings do this and I loved the idea. I’ve done quite a few of them now..as you can see by the number 8 next to the title 😅. Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by The Purple Booker. The weekly meme wants you to add books to your TBR, or just share what you are currently reading.

I was going to Homecoming with the one person in this school who made my skin crawl, I was getting attention from a gorgeous, star football player that I couldn’t care less about, and I was having wet dreams about a potential sociopath who acted like he hated me most of the time.

These are from Bully by Penelope Douglas. I have recently been obsessed with Penelope Douglas. In the past few days I have read – Bully, Until You, Corrupt, Punk 57 and Birthday Girl. Credence is next on my list and I am super excited. I am adoring her writing but Bully/Until You have been my favourite ones yet. They are so funny, but spicyyyy and also just such a sweet romance! It had been on my TBR for years and I am so sad I put it off for so long because I am addicted to her writing now!

My name is Tate. He doesn’t call me that, though. He would never refer to me so informally, if he referred to me at all. No, he’ll barely even speak to me.
But he still won’t leave me alone.
We were best friends once. Then he turned on me and made it his mission to ruin my life. I’ve been humiliated, shut out, and gossiped about all through high school. His pranks and rumors got more sadistic as time wore on, and I made myself sick trying to stay out of his way. I even went to France for a year, just to avoid him.
But I’m done hiding from him now, and there’s no way in hell I’ll allow him to ruin my senior year. He might not have changed, but I have. It’s time to fight back.
I’m not going to let him bully me anymore.
