Hi,

Welcome to my haphazardly assembled blog. I’m May – but you can call me Maisy, I’m 22 and I live in Scotland. Here I will be writing reviews, posting about general bookish things and other things that I am in the mood for Bookish or otherwise. I predominantly read NA (New Adult) fiction that ranges from fantasy to mystery to the good old cheesy romances.

Other than reading, my hobbies consist of writing (aspiring author over here!), playing computer games like Stardew Valley, the Sims, Call of Duty and many others either alone or with my brother, I like to doodle, I LOVE TV shows (too many to list), I love watching the snooker (I am very much an amateur when it comes to playing, however) I have just started getting into Bullet Journaling but am loving it so far. I am a Disney and Musical enthusiast and I love singing at the top of my lungs whether people are listening or not 🙂

I am apologizing in advance for any infrequent posting as I just graduated uni and got my first BIG GIRL job as a digital marketing executive! While I am so lucky to have gotten my dream job, it does have a lot of overlap with social media/blogging and sometimes I am not in the headspace to post on here if I’ve been doing it all day too.
So thanks for taking the time out of your day to read not just the blog but the about page (because let’s be honest it’s not the most interesting page).
